Eligibility criteria

Before applying, make sure your event:

  • Has been held in Queensland at least twice.
  • Does not rotate between different locations.
  • Takes place within the Eligible Event Dates for this funding round.
  • Has taken place in the current year before applying.
  • Has previously received TEQ Homegrown support. 
  • Can demonstrate success of achieving tourism outcomes. 
  • Needs support for enhancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander content in your event.

Is your event currently supported by TEQ? * Required
Destination Indigenous Events funding can be used in conjunction with Destination Signature or Destination Significant funding.
